How ordering works

You don't need any design skills. Tell us what you want and we'll do the design work.

1. Choose and order

Pick a product and pay securely by card. On the product page, type the name, date, wording or colour you want. If you have photos or sketches, send them on WhatsApp or by email after ordering. The confirmation page shows you how.

2. Approve the proof

Before anything is printed we send you a free digital proof. You can ask for changes, and we only print once you're happy with it.

3. Printed and finished

Your piece is 3D printed to order in our Dublin studio in premium PLA, or PETG when a piece needs more strength or touches pet food or food, then cleaned up and checked by hand.

4. Packed and posted

Orders usually leave within 3 to 5 working days of your approval. Delivery is free in County Dublin, and free anywhere in Ireland on orders over €60.

About photo lamps

A lithophane is a thin panel with your photo carved into it as relief. With the light off it looks like a plain textured panel. When the light is on, the thicker and thinner areas show your photo.

FAQ

What kind of photo works best? A clear, well-lit close-up: faces, pets, family moments. We check every photo and send a proof first.

How long does it take? Most orders are posted within 3 to 5 working days of proof approval. If you need it sooner, message us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

How do I send my photo? After checkout, send it on WhatsApp or by email with your order number. If we haven't received it, we'll get in touch.
