Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MakerCulture3D website (makerculture3d.com) and the purchase of products from our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. About Us

MakerCulture3D is a studio based in Dublin, Ireland, specialising in custom 3D-printed gifts and keepsakes. We design and produce all items in-house, made to order.

2. Products

All products are personalised based on information you provide (photos, names, dimensions). We reserve the right to refuse any order that does not meet our quality or content guidelines. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from photos shown online due to the nature of 3D printing.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments. Payment must be completed at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

4. Your Responsibilities When Ordering

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide (photos, names, specifications) is accurate and complete
  • You have the right to use any images or content you submit
  • You are aged 18 or over, or have parental consent to purchase

MakerCulture3D is not liable for errors in personalisation resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Production & Delivery

Orders are produced within 3–5 business days and shipped via tracked post. Delivery times vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events outside our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of MakerCulture3D and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish and EU law, MakerCulture3D is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
