Thank you for shopping with MakerCulture3D. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Production Time

All items are handmade and 3D-printed to order in our Dublin studio. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched. You will receive an email notification when your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Ireland: Free shipping on orders over €60 · €4.99 under €60
EU: €7.99
International: €12.99

The applicable rate will be shown at checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch)

Ireland: 1–3 business days
European Union: 3–7 business days
UK: 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees. Busy periods (e.g. Christmas) may see longer delivery times.

Order Tracking

All orders are dispatched with a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders (outside the EU) may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

MakerCulture3D is not responsible for delays or losses caused by postal services, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or events beyond our reasonable control.
