All products sold on MakerCulture3D are made to order and personalised to your specifications. As such, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022.

We take pride in the quality of our work and want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damage or defect
• A brief description of the issue

We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at our discretion.

Non-Personalised Items

For any non-personalised items, you have the right to return them within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Order Cancellations

Because production begins promptly after your order is placed, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp if you need to cancel.

Refund Processing

Once your claim is approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
