- Within 1–2 days we send you a free digital proof of your lamp.
- You approve it, or ask for changes. Nothing is printed until you say yes.
- We print and hand-finish your lamp in 3–5 working days after you approve the proof, then post it to you.

Clear, well-lit photos with good contrast (faces close-up are beautiful). Not sure about yours? Send it over, we'll check it and tell you honestly before you commit. That's what the free proof is for.
How long does it take?
Made to order in 3–5 working days after you approve your proof, then posted across Ireland, the UK and the EU. Need it for a date? WhatsApp us first.
Can I see it before it's printed?
Yes, always. Free digital proof, printed only after your yes.
Can I return it?
Personalised pieces can't be resold, that's why you approve the proof first. Arrives damaged or not as approved? We reprint or refund it.
